10/10
The hotel pin on Google Maps is misplaced, on the far side of the main attraction entrance. Still, the actual location is good, quieter than staying inside the attraction and only a few minutes' walk from its entrance. The facilities are better, and there are several reasonably priced restaurants just outside along the way. Hotel service was great. The staff were especially helpful with advice for enjoying Wuzhen. I'd stay here again if I visit the attraction.

The room and facilities were excellent, which makes it a shame that the coffee machine had been broken for days without anyone fixing it. It came across as a lack of care for customers.
