It's not a bad hotel, given that it's far from just about everything except the Gobi Desert. I found better food by walking out to other places. If you have to visit Jiayuguan for some reason, this hotel is worth considering.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good amenities, and I found the staff very friendly. We had no trouble communicating in English, and the price was great value too. Jiayuguan Hotel (Jiayuguan Hotel, Guancheng Silk Road Culture Expo Park) is a four star hotel about 6km from Jiayuguan Station. To get from the station, take Route 4 and Route 15 to the Gongjiao area, which connects to downtown Jiayuguan, then take Route 4 and get off at the Jiujiang Hotel (Jiugang Hotel, Jiu Gang Bin Guan) bus stop. It's a great hotel. If I come back to Jiayuguan, I'll definitely stay here again. Thumbs up, five stars☆☆☆☆☆
