The staff were very nice and helpful, and the owners of nearby restaurants were welcoming and friendly. It's inexpensive and within walking distance of the CBD. Some room appliances could use renovation, though, as things like the power outlets were barely staying in place.

I stayed here a few years back. It was reasonably priced, and I liked that women-only rooms were available. Wi-Fi worked, and they were able to receive a package for me from a friend in China, which was great. Check-in was a bit difficult at reception, so I'm not sure it's really a place for foreigners.
