10/10
I didn't hear the traffic from my room, even though it faced the road. The hotel is fairly central, with good restaurants nearby and a convenience store next door. The service was attentive and great. Someone helped me all the way to my room, and there was free tea in the lobby. For a hotel in a desert city, I'd say this is great. The room came with free yogurt, water and steam eye masks, plus a bucket for a foot bath and a nice humidifier. It had both heating and air conditioning. I just wish the switches and notices had been in English.

Stayed in winter, and the room was a little hot.

The shower was very old, and when I turned on the water it sprayed everywhere. The bed was also very hard.
