Hongxin Business Hotel

The room I booked was budget-friendly and meant for a solo traveler. At check-in, I was told it was for a bus driver and unavailable, and that I'd be upgraded. I was put in a twin room and stayed there that night. After sightseeing the next day, I came back and found a stranger sleeping in my bed. I hurried to the lobby. They said I'd have to share the room. When I asked to see the room I'd originally booked, they told me it didn't exist and was a fake listing, and that there were no other rooms that night. They said I could leave if I didn't want to stay. I couldn't take it anymore, so I packed up and checked out. I was shocked by what I saw as malicious behavior: listing a room that doesn't exist on a booking site, then making me share with other people under the pretense of an upgrade. This is a scam hotel. If you stay here, prepare for the worst possible trip. The shower water also pooled on the floor because it wouldn't drain. The air conditioner smelled bad, and the TV remote had dead batteries, which I replaced myself.
