I had much the same experience as the previous reviewer. Avoid this place.

BEWARE, SCAM!!! We had a reservation on Booking.com, but this accommodation had disappeared from the site. When we arrived, the building entrance was full of Indians who asked if we had somewhere to stay. We ignored them and went to the floor where the guesthouse name was displayed. No one was there at first. Two men arrived shortly after, and we didn't trust them. They asked how much we'd paid before even looking at our reservation, then showed us rooms that were nothing like the photos. When they saw our confusion, they said we'd got the wrong place and that our accommodation was in another block, then escorted us to its elevator. We rang the guesthouse bell several times and got no answer. After finding another reception a few floors down, a different man told us our rooms were on another floor and to wait there for him. When he arrived, he rudely told us to get inside quickly, saying “quickly, quickly!”, then left us to look at the rooms. Everything was tiny, and there was a fan instead of the air conditioning we'd asked for. It was awful, so we left when the man didn't come back. Be careful, there are lots of scams around there. They may try to put you in a much cheaper room and then charge more than it's worth. We were confused and unsure what it was worth at the time. We left quickly without taking photos, and Booking.com wouldn't refund our reservation.
