The hotel seems brand new, with a neat, clean room and a modern feel. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's a bit far from the CEC, but they provide shuttle service both ways. That could be a plus if you're going to the stadium. The stadium is also a peaceful place for an evening walk, with a great view.

The shuttle running every 30 minutes made it easy to get around, and there’s plenty of shopping and things to do nearby. Our room had a fantastic view of the newly built Stadium and felt roomy enough for two, with thoughtful touches that made it comfortable. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the concierge shared useful local tips. Check-in was quick, with reception staff who were warm and professional. From arrival through departure, the service was impeccable. I had a really memorable stay at Dorsett Kai Tak and would happily recommend it as a comfortable base for exploring Hong Kong.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, beautifully designed and comfortable, with all the details we could have hoped for. The breakfast restaurant had a nice mix of Western and Asian choices. We also heard the hotel welcomes pets, with an outdoor dining area where guests can bring their dogs, which is a nice touch for dog owners. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with beds that suited us and a shower with great water pressure. The water station in the lobby was handy, and the shuttle to Airside (Kai Tak MTR station) made getting around easy. It leaves every 30 minutes. My family and I found check-in smooth, and the reception and other staff we met were kind and professional. It was an enjoyable stay, and we’d come back and recommend the hotel to friends.

The rooftop bar, Jin Bo Law, was the best part for me. The drinks are excellent, and manager Damon makes really distinctive cocktails. Wycei, the assistant manager, gave great service and seemed to know what I wanted before I asked. Ivan, the bartender, knew the menu well. A lot of bars in Hong kong don’t explain or introduce the drinks, but the team here did a great job. You should come up and have a look even if you aren’t staying here, I’m sure you’ll have a good time. The service overall is astonishing. One downside, though, is that the food is quite expensive.
