Grandeur Holiday Hotel

The location is excellent, with metro stations and bus stops reachable within a 5-minute walk. There's a lively market nearby, and the neighborhood is still buzzing at midnight. The place is good value for a budget hotel, but the rooms are tiny, even by Hong Kong standards. We took a family room, which had only two beds: one for one person, and the other big enough for one child and an adult. There was no separate luggage storage space in the room, and the bathroom was inside it. Road traffic made constant noise, which made sleeping difficult.

We couldn’t use the accommodation because of the pandemic, but management still hasn’t refunded the full amount. I’ve contacted them hundreds of times and they haven’t been considerate of our situation. We worked hard for that money. I’m very disappointed by how unfair and inhumane this has felt.

It’s a low-cost budget hotel in Hong Kong. Staying on the same floor as reception was passable. I wouldn’t recommend staying elsewhere in the building.

The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, and there’s no hotel name displayed on the entrance or anywhere on the building, so it was hard to find. I eventually managed somehow.
