I slept well here, even with all the bars and restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and clean, had windows, and was cleaned on time. The view was okay too. The owner replied quickly whenever I had questions. The location worked really well for my week in Hong Kong. The subway and bus stop are right nearby, the promenade is a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of SevenEleven stores, affordable restaurants and McDonald's. Union Mansion has elevators and a security guard. Finding the hotel inside was a little difficult at first, so clearer signs would help. I was very satisfied and would choose it again if I return to Hong Kong. Thanks.

Getting in was a bit of a challenge, especially if you’re new to this. The lobby is on the 15th floor, but there are no signs, and although the security guard told me to go up, the main entrance was locked. I found a WeChat ID on the wall and had to add it and ask in Chinese. They sent me the door password and room number, then I was basically just let in. It’s tough if you don’t speak Chinese.
