Getting there took some figuring out. There isn't a separate reception desk, and the owner seems to wait until check-in time. Under the Tsim Sha Tsui apartments there are two elevators; you need the busier one and have to press for the second floor. They're very narrow and inefficient, and can't manage people going up and down at the same time, so each ride can mean a long wait. On the plus side, the owner is friendly, and when we had an issue, an email got it sorted quickly. The location is a real draw. It's in a lively area with lots of shops open late, including a nearby 24-hour McDonald's. The A21 airport bus stops right in front, which makes getting to the airport easy. The room is about the size of a budget Japanese accommodation. It had two chairs, an adapter-needed three-prong outlet, a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, a hard toothbrush, four hangers, and a small fridge. There was one towel per person, apparently changed daily. A water purifier, microwave, and paper cups were in the hallway. We had no major problems staying here. With the handy location, it seems like a good budget option for a family or friends' trip.
