The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and the shower was very good. Our two-bedroom suite was a reasonable size and fairly priced for Hong Kong, with fresh towels and made beds each day. It does need redecorating, and cooking or cigarette smells sometimes came through the kitchen extractor. The toilet flush was very weak, taking 3+ flushes to clear toilet roll. You can hear Temple Street after 9pm on most, maybe all, nights, which comes with such a lively, well-connected spot. It’s a basic place, not The Ritz, but for the price I’d stay again.

There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and Yau Ma Tei station is about a 5-minute walk away. I stayed for 6 nights in Feb 2026. The room was very spacious, with a living room separated by a sliding door, and it was cleaned every day.

For the price, you really can't do much better. It’s an older building, but it’s been kept in good shape and the location is great, just around the corner from the night market. A short bus ride gets you to a fun shopping district, and there are loads of kitchen supply shops in the area.

We stayed here twice, and both times the rooms were clean and tidy. The two-bedroom apartment can fit a family and has two air conditioners. It’s a great base for Hong Kong and Kowloon, even if the building is a little old. Access is limited to guests, so security feels good.

It felt a lot like home, with an induction stove, microwave, utensils, pans, hair dryer, flat iron, and ironing board. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and considerate. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working properly, though. We stayed June 8-12, 2025, and the hotel is also near the Mongkok night market. I’d recommend it.
