The room was small, as you'd expect in Hong Kong, and there was some pipe noise when the neighbors ran water. One night an alarm, probably from the elevator, blared for a few seconds at 3 AM. It was very loud, though things were generally quiet otherwise. The place felt clean and safe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. After reading so many nightmare reviews about Hong Kong hotels, with really long elevator waits and sketchy buildings, we felt relieved this wasn't one of those. It's a basic, good-value hotel, not a luxury one. We were pleased and would recommend it.

The location is great, near restaurants, bars, and the subway. Service from the staff was quick, and the small rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. There are bars downstairs, so I'm not sure how safe the area is, though there are key cards. We didn't run into any trouble, but it's something to keep in mind.

Tsim Sha Tsui MTR is within walking distance, so it's easy to reach most places. K mart, 7-11, bars, and finger food shops nearby stay open late, which is handy. The room is small, but that seems normal for HK. The price feels high for the room size, though the location makes it worthwhile. Room service was great and even folded my dirty laundry. The service otherwise was OK. Toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, WiFi, and a hairdryer are provided. I'd recommend it.

The guy at G floor was really helpful when I was trying to get to the airport. That was the front door man on 19 January 2026 around 11 AM. The staff are friendly and the service is good. My room was really clean and a decent size. The location is good, with lots of food around the hotel. Definitely coming back to stay here next time.

The housekeeping was very good, and the interior is quite nice and clean. Desk staff were polite too. It's roughly midway from Tsim Sa Chui station, and I think it's worth staying here. I'd recommend it if you're looking for somewhere cheap but nice.
