We had to find a place after problems at another hotel, and arrived without a booking. The woman at reception was so welcoming. She offered us a better price than online, let us see the room before we decided, and was the sweetest. The room was clean and good value for the price, though small as expected in HK. The location is central and amazing, even if it took us a little while to find it. I doubt you could get cheaper accommodation in this spot. There wasn't much of a view or natural light, and soundproofing was poor, but those things didn't matter much for a few days since we mostly used the room to sleep. We had free drinking water, daily room cleaning, helpful and capable staff, and free luggage storage after checkout. A great budget stay in central Hong Kong for a short visit. I'd definitely recommend it!

The reception lady was really nice and explained everything clearly, so checking in and out was super easy. The location is very convenient, and I'll definitely come back. My only complaint is the thin walls. We could hear the person in the next room snoring!

We were so glad we found this place. The room was extremely clean, and the staff were always lovely. They even stored our luggage at reception for six hours. The location is perfect, about 1M from the train. Hong Kong hotels are often so bad, so this was amazing. Thanks for everything 🙏🙏🙏🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms are tiny, but the location makes it worth it. You’re right in the middle of the TST area, across from the metro station and within walking distance of lots of important spots. Great staff, too. A perfect place to stay on your own.

I was 20 minutes late past my 4:30 time and ended up arguing for half an hour just to get into the room. I’d selected an arrival window of 4:30-5:30, but the person in charge kept saying there was no room and wouldn’t give me one. I had to explain how Dayuse worked and insist on my right to the booking before I was finally let in. Service was terrible. If you’re booking this place for day use, be on time or they may treat you really, really badly.
