The room had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and full-sized fridge with freezer. We stayed in the Grand Harbour One room, where the Hong Kong Harbour view was breathtaking, even from the bathtub. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was beautifully designed and spotless. The hotel feels sleek, modern, and luxurious, while still being comfortable. Christy and Manager Henry made us feel welcome and cared for, and the location was handy for shops and transport. Even during Typhoon No. 10, the food court and Market Place stayed open and had what we needed. Anthony, the hotel shuttle bus driver, was especially kind and patient. He waited while we made a quick stop at the Apple Store and got us back safely. The service, comfort, views, and amenities all exceeded our expectations. It really felt like a luxurious home away from home, and I highly recommend it.

We had a really smooth check-in, even though we arrived early, because Matthew had our room ready. The staff made the stay, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room nice. The shower pressure was especially good, and the room itself was in excellent condition. The only small drawbacks were that local restaurants aren’t close and there’s no bar in the hotel. Very happy with the service, and I’d highly recommend it ☺️

We were put on the 8th floor at check-in, even though I’d requested a room above the 11th floor for a better harbor view when I booked in October for myself and my friends, for December 30 to January 2. The request had been confirmed twice before I completed the reservation, but there was no acceptable explanation and nobody tried to fix it. The gap between what was promised before booking and what we actually got was significant. A hotel claiming a 5-star experience should honor confirmed requests and provide consistent, attentive service. This fell short of basic 5-star standards and was very disappointing.

We stayed for a week in September and will definitely come back. The mix of comfort, practical design, materials, and art is what makes this hotel so special. The architecture and design are excellent, and the service was excellent too. We didn’t feel anything was missing.

I loved all the details in the room, from its thoughtful layout to the space and the view. I booked a premium room, which is pricey, but definitely worth it. Hope to come back again!
