Getting 11 travelers through airport transfers and breakfast took a lot of coordination, and the Kerry Hotel Hong Kong team made it feel easy. The bus was roomy and comfortable, and having someone waiting with a sign at the airport made arriving after an international flight much smoother. They even prepared breakfast boxes for our early departure. Breakfast during the rest of our stay was a real favorite, with plenty of good options and lovely presentation. The hotel is modern, attractive, and well located, and we felt looked after throughout. Thanks especially to Him Lai, Fai Yung, Jacko Yeung, Horan Ng, and the concierge and reservations teams for sorting out our rooms, transfers, and meals. The communication beforehand was great, too. We had a fantastic group stay and would recommend it to both groups and individual visitors to Hong Kong.

The staff were warm and helpful, and we all slept really well in the huge, comfortable beds. The ferry is right outside, with a direct ride to the island. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hong Kong Kerry Hotel and would come back on another Hong Kong trip.

The sea-facing pool and its view were stunning, and the bar's outdoor area is beautiful too. We also liked the hotel's spot between Whampoa and TST, since it made exploring Whampoa easy and the promenade connects you with the rest of the area. Our room was modern, lovely, and very comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was nicely presented. Everyone we met was kind, polite, helpful, and spoke English. There's also a food court that looked like a good option for dinner, though we didn't try it. We'd happily stay here again when we're in HK.

The waterfront views are spectacular, and the staff are as friendly as you'll find. The hotel is spotless, with several places to eat, lounges for a drink, and an outdoor rooftop gathering space. It took about 35 minutes to drive from the airport; traffic was light that day.

The club lounge made the stay feel like home, with tasty drinks and hors d'oeuvres before dinner and a peaceful breakfast in the morning. The lounge team were lovely and very helpful, especially Inez, Boey, Tiger, and Annie. Marco at concierge was also terrific and knew the area inside out. Kerry Hotel is a luxurious spot right on the Kowloon harbour, well placed for the metro and ferry terminal. The service was top notch.
