The location made getting around easy, with both bus and subway stops just a short walk away. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the little details were well looked after, so I could really relax. Ash at the front desk was especially kind and attentive, and made me feel very welcome. Thank you, Ash! I couldn't have asked for more from the stay, and I'd gladly come back and recommend the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel three times now, and they've never let me down. The price is reasonable, the location is excellent, and everything is spotless. There's enough space in the room to open two large suitcases, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Fido was especially kind and helped move our luggage to the room. This will always be our first choice when we come back to HK to visit family and friends.

We got there before check-in, and the staff let us into the room early. The reception team were friendly and really helpful. I also left my Octopus card in the lobby, and Mr Thomas Chow found it and returned it to me, which I really appreciated. The room had been newly refurbished, was clean, and didn't smell of smoke. The location worked well too. I'd stay here again on my next Hong Kong trip.

Mr. Fido Lam helped us with everything we needed, and the staff were welcoming and kind. Our room was very clean, with housekeeping every day. It's a great place to stay, and I'll come back next time I'm in Hong Kong. 🥰

Mongkok MTR is just 2-3 minutes away, which is handy. We got there early and could have left our luggage at reception, but the staff were kind enough to let me check in early. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything was good.
