That sea view made it easy to recharge, and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The staff were warm and professional, which made the stay feel personal and effortless. Having the MTR station practically downstairs made getting around simple. The mix of convenience and comfort really made my trip.

The room design is my main reservation. It seems built to maximize space, but the result feels forced. I didn't like the lack of bathroom privacy, with open closets and exposed toilets even in suites. In the standard room, the bathtub in the middle of an already modest space seemed like an odd choice. Still, it's a high-quality option if you're after a brand-new hotel and are comfortable with that layout. It's modern, in a fantastic location, and the harbour views are unbeatable. Check-in and housekeeping were perfectly fine.

Breakfast was the weaker part for me: the selection was limited, though the salad, cold cuts, and bread were the best choices. Hot dishes were okay, and drinks from the menu were okay too. The room, on the other hand, was spacious, new, and clean, with a million-dollar harbour view. It had a Kohler shower and toilet seat, a Dyson blow dryer and air purifier, plus a soaking tub by the window. The thick, fluffy towels and quality slippers were great, and the Nonfiction bath products smelled awesome. Staff were professional and friendly, especially Tony at the front desk, who helped us check in, and the doorman who handled our luggage while our Uber driver arrived at checkout. The location is excellent: take airport city bus A21 to Salisbury road, and the hotel is just around the corner. Star Ferry dock is a walk of under 10 minutes, and Tsim Sha Tsui MRT is about five minutes away. We had a great stay and would visit again.

Being able to watch the Symphony of Lights from the harbour-view suite was incredible. The stylish pool is iconic, and the Swim Bar's playful cocktails, inspired by swim patterns, make for chic, Instagram-worthy photos. The bathtub was another favorite: at night, with the tub lights on and a warm salt bath, it felt like heaven. The room had thoughtful extras like chargers, cables, a built-in sofa charger, and a speaker. There was a coffee machine and Kimpton’s signature chocolates in the minibar, and the bathroom products smelled amazing. The welcome drink in a can was surprisingly good. Social Hour had a limited number of pass-around canapés, which is understandable while the hotel is still new; there was a nice choice of white and red wine and non-alcoholic drinks. The location is steps from Victoria Harbour and K11 Art Mall, with direct MTR access. Staff were friendly and professional, and spoke English very well. Nearby food options include Hashtag B, Mister Softee, Red Tea Café, Master Congee, HEYTEA, and plenty of other restaurants and street food. I had a fantastic stay and recommend it.
