My first Hongkong experience was with these bad people :(( I came in at 11 aclock without a booking, then they removed the listing online and raised the price. Scam businesses... They were very unfriendly and wouldn't even let me use the wifi to find another place. Nice first Expirations in Hongkong.

A small guest house that's clean and friendly.

The room itself was clean, but very cramped. It was hard to open even a carry-on suitcase. The air conditioning leaked, ran loudly, and sprayed ice. The owner said there were no vacancies and no records, but we eventually negotiated a 30% refund. Getting into a room was unreliable on both days. We arrived around 10 AM on the first day to leave our luggage and ask about check-in, and were told 2 PM. After returning at about 2:20, we were asked to come back around 3, then at 3:10 to wait another 10 minutes. They then said the air conditioning in our assigned double room was faulty, so we'd have to spend that night in the triple room next door, with an agreement to move back the next day. We reluctantly accepted. The following day we left early with our luggage for Disneyland, hoping to rest when we returned around 3 PM, but were told the room still wasn't ready. We asked for the triple room we'd originally booked because we were exhausted. The double room wasn't ready until about 4 PM. They couldn't be on time either day. The website showed two kinds of double rooms and said they had private bathrooms. But our room, number 7, had no bathroom inside. We had to go out to an adjacent one in the lobby, which all guests could use, including people waiting to check in. It also held cleaning supplies, which was unsatisfactory. The owner was very nice, but there were other problems. The location is convenient, so you might choose it if that's what matters and you want a friendly owner. If you need a good environment, I wouldn't recommend it. Construction across the street was very noisy during working hours, so I strongly advise against staying here if you plan to rest in the morning or afternoon.
