New Style Hotel

My experience was awful. The rooms are small but workable, but with no sound insulation you hear every little noise from the hall and have no privacy. At 11pm, staff let someone who wasn't staying there into the hotel. For the next two hours he yelled through the door at his ex-wife, and we could hear it clearly from our room, as if he were shouting at us. When I complained, the staff member just shrugged and said sorry, but didn't do anything. I contacted Agoda to cancel the second night. The hotel manager then told them they wouldn't refund me without a positive review. Holding my refund to get a good review is shameful. I'd recommend avoiding this place completely.

We stayed two nights. The bed and pillow were very dusty, and cockroaches came in through the window. Before showering, we had to wait five to ten minutes for hot water. The air conditioner controls were outside the room, and the owner would come and turn it off while we were still inside.

Miss Zhu was friendly. The hotel is in a convenient, strategic spot on Nathan road and has a water heater, air conditioner, and water dispenser.

It's in a nice location, with several good markets, shops, and a mall within walking distance. They clean the room daily, however long you're staying.
