During Hong Kong's Typhoon Signal #10, all flights were cancelled and travel was unsafe. I contacted the property ahead of time to explain and ask about cancelling, but heard nothing until hours after check-in time, when they refused the cancellation. Requiring guests to travel during a natural disaster is unacceptable and shows no regard for their safety. It felt like they cared more about the money than my welfare. A friend also tried to negotiate on my behalf but couldn't even find the place. I strongly advise against booking here.

The Wi-Fi was pretty fast, and I could stream in HD before bed without any trouble. I was only there to sleep, so the apartment setup didn't bother me. It's a typical family apartment with several rooms, so don't expect a hotel-style setup. The location is right to the left of Yau Ma Tei station's A1 exit, with restaurants, convenience stores, and the lady's market all within walking distance.

It's dirty, hard to find, and smells of cigarettes. There are no windows, and the shower is over the toilet. Very uncomfortable.
