The food choices nearby were a real plus, with local dishes and international options all around, and the staff were polite and professional throughout our trip. We spent seven nights and eight days at the Ramada Hong Kong Grand (Jordan), and had a lovely city skyline view from our clean, well-kept room. Housekeeping cleaned it every day. Jordan MTR station was only a 5-7 minute walk away, which made getting around Hong Kong easy. For the price, location, and service, we’d highly recommend it and would stay again.
The room was small and felt a bit dated, and it wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. Still, for the price I don’t think you could ask for much more. I really liked the location and how friendly the staff were. The metro and bus are only a few minutes away, and the staff were so helpful they even lent out free plugs.
The room needs a refresh. It felt worn and cramped for two, and the lighting was poor at night. The window might have offered a nice view, but the glass was dirty. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location is excellent, about five minutes from Jordan MTR. Good value for the price.
The staff were efficient and helpful. They brought us a USB adapter, replaced a burnt-out bulb, and apologized when they came to clean while my boyfriend was still asleep. Service was very direct, so don’t expect warm smiles or sugar coating. The shower pressure was good, though the shampoo and conditioner weren’t great. The conditioner was oddly bubbly, but no big deal. We asked for one bed together, but on the first morning realized it was two beds pushed together under one large sheet. There was a hard piece of wood between them, which made rolling over and cuddling difficult, though it was comfortable enough to sleep. Dust had built up on the wall cushions and on top of the mini fridge, so I’d avoid it if you have dust allergies.
The carpet had a really strong odor, which was the main downside. The room was small, as Hong Kong rooms tend to be, but had a good shower, wifi, a fridge, and a firm bed. There was little hallway noise. The location is excellent, close to everything you might need in HKG, and the check-in staff were friendly and spoke good English.
