Right in the city center, so getting around is easy, and it felt worth the money. My room was clean, the bed was huge, and the staff were really nice and polite. I'd recommend it to solo travelers. I'll definitely visit again. 😍❤️🙏

The room smelled like awful food from the restaurant whenever I turned on the ventilator. It also had two cockroaches, and was so tiny I couldn't open my suitcases. The place is inside Chungking Mansion (Little India), and I didn't feel safe there. The elevator wait was long too. I texted Mendy from the hotel about it, but she didn't reply and didn't want to compensate me. Just don't stay here. They're also paying for good reviews.

We found the prices very affordable, and the rooms were clean. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and we felt safe the whole time. It was a wonderful experience.

Before I was due to travel to Hong Kong, my hometown in the Philippines was hit by a 6.9 earthquake, so I couldn't make the trip and asked for a refund on my reservation. After a lot of back and forth, they returned only 16.00 USD from the more than 146.00 USD I had paid. How bad does a business have to be to lose its humanity over 130.00 USD?

We were uncomfortable staying here. I was with my 9 year old son, and the room was far too small for us. The guest house is inside Chungking Mansions, which felt like a market, and honestly seemed scary to enter alone. It is near the MTR and easy to reach many shops, I'll give it that. It might suit a solo backpacker looking for somewhere cheap, but I wouldn't really recommend it.
