Our room was very small for two people, though that's normal for Hong Kong. The hotel is in the center of Mongkok, close to an MTR station, supermarkets and restaurants. When we arrived in the afternoon there was no staff for check-in, so we had to call first and get the key from a small combination box. Staff are usually there from around 9 a.m. until 3 or 4 p.m. The room had toiletries and tissues, and you can get more at reception in the morning. Checkout was easy, we just left the key inside the room.

The whole room smelled awful and was covered in mold. I stayed exactly one night, then changed hotels right away because it felt like a real health hazard. My friends' room was just as bad, and didn't even have a window. The most disgusting hotel I've ever been in, I'd definitely avoid it.

The pillow was nice, and 1000 TWD seemed like a reasonable price. Hot water runs out, so you have to shower quickly. It's near Mong Kok Station, but if you get a street-facing room, the noise of people rushing across the road can keep you awake all night.

I booked through Booking.com and got there around 5 p.m., but nobody answered the doorbell at the second-floor entrance. I tried the phone there several times and knocked, with no response. After waiting 30 minutes, I paid double the price for a nearby hotel. I later canceled this booking and they still charged me. There was no one at the front desk. I contacted the hotel through Booking.com, but they didn't reply until half an hour later, when they said someone was always at the desk. They kept making excuses.

Ridiculous. My call wouldn't go through and nobody answered. There was no one at the door either, so customers couldn't get in to stay or check out. They wouldn't give a refund or compensation. Avoid this place!
