The location is good, and the place seemed clean, though old and rusty. Inside, though, everything is tiny: the toilet, sink, and shower, with almost no room. The air conditioning blows right at you, or there's none and it gets hot. There was no drinking water, hot water, or towels. The directions to find it were quite difficult, and after I booked they kept asking which floor my room was on. I asked about towels and got no answer. Those photos were taken outside, because there's hardly any space inside.

T.A.B. Hotel kept things fresh and spotless, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The cleaning details really stood out. It's centrally located too, with attractions and transport easy to reach. A budget hotel that maintains this level of cleanliness is a winner.
The rooms really are as small as they look in the photos, but mine was still comfortable for one night, especially with a private bathroom. I was grateful the hotel let me leave my luggage there before my midnight flight. It's a solid budget choice in the touristy part of Tsim Sha Tsui, and I had a comfortable stay in busy Hong Kong.
The room wasn't spacious, but it made a cozy place to return to after exploring the city. Staff were friendly and attentive, and T.A.B. Hotel is right in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui, close to great shopping, food, and entertainment. A strong value choice whether you're there for work or a holiday. I had an amazing stay.
For a low budget, the location is hard to beat: the airport access is in front of the mansion, and an MRT entrance, shopping mall, convenience store, and Michelin-starred restaurant are all within 250 m. The room had a TV, AC, and hot water, and seemed to have a fair amount of safety measures. It was pretty dirty, though, with old apartment junk tucked away, like used paper under the bed and an old folded box in the toilet. We stayed two nights and asked for fresh towels, but the owner ignored us, so we reused them. Still, we were okay with the stay because it gave us a local experience, a bit like living as people in Hong Kong do.
