It's clean and close to shops and the MTR. But the booking listing says “1 x Family - 2 rooms,” and that's misleading. There aren't two rooms, just one tiny room that claims it can fit 8 people.

The room is very small, but just right for one person. It was clean and neat, and the AC worked well. The dehumidifier kept it cool the whole time. The shower was an interesting setup, but it did the job. The TV had Netflix, Prime, and other services, and the internet was good. The owner was helpful. Come early, leave your luggage at reception, and go explore. Bus stops are right outside the hotel building.

The reception was lovely, but the room was unstayable and nothing like the pictures. There was feces smeared on the toilet paper, and the AC didn't work. If you're over 5 feet tall, the room and bed are too small.

The receptionist was nice and changed our room, so I can give it 3 stars. Still, the room was small, the toilet smelled, and it didn't feel as big as the picture. It was hard to find the hotel, with no directions.

They took our money but wouldn't let us check in for reasons that seemed dubious, then didn't refund us. Everything was run down and in bad shape. Stay away, pay a little more, and find somewhere decent. This isn't worth the hassle.
