The staff were rude, the room smelled foul, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. For the two days I was there, I definitely didn’t find any English-speaking staff. I’d prepaid for two nights. When I arrived, the woman at reception just glared at me and played a translation saying, “YOUR ROOM HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING.” Fine, I paid cash for the room with A/C. The next day they wanted more money, saying the amount had only covered one night.

Good hotel, and the reception had English-speaking staff. The only drawback was that the room heaters didn’t work properly.

The hotel is new and clean, and the breakfast was good. I also found the price very reasonable and the value for money high. Getting around was the downside: it’s far from the subway, and finding a taxi during rush hour is extremely difficult. If you’re heading to the airport, it’s best to book a car ahead. The front desk said an airport car booking was very expensive, at 500 yuan per person.
