Breakfast was the clear highlight, and the hotel is good value for the price in a convenient location. The room is spacious, though a little tired looking, and everything works. Check-in at midnight was bumpy, and the staff member's attitude wasn't great. Maybe it was the late hour, but each answer was that the manager wasn't there and she'd check the next day. The manager did offer a free upgrade and late checkout the following day because I'm a platinum member, but that came later. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the staff could use more training.

The area around the hotel felt rather quiet, almost like a dead town or a place being renovated. The nearby mall had little going on, and during dinner only one or two restaurants on the whole eleventh floor were open, though there were a few small shops nearby. Inside, the stay was comfortable. Our twin room with an extra bed was roomy enough for three medium suitcases, and having the toilet separate from the shower made it easy for family or couples to get ready at once. Reception was reachable whenever we called.

The breakfast spread made a good first impression, with lots of food, including fruit and even dessert. I still couldn't get used to the taste of the vegetables, maybe that's just the local style. There's a mall within walking distance, handy if you like indoor shopping, and the hotel is in a strategic spot. The room and service were good, and the separate toilet and shower were a plus.
