We picked this hotel for its closeness to Green Lake Park, and that worked out well. The 21st-floor fitness center was worth seeing for its 360-degree city views alone, and it also had plenty of exercise choices, including free weights, treadmills, a pool, and air hockey. The breakfast buffet was one of the biggest and best we had in China, and worth the price. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with a bag of fruit and snacks. Staff helped arrange a taxi to the train when we left. Bring the address, since Didi didn't show the hotel by name and the taxi driver didn't know it.

We stayed at the Grand Park hotel to be near Green Lake Park. The rooms were clean and a decent size, with comfortable beds, and the stay matched what I expected from this kind of hotel. Breakfast had a good selection. It's a 5-star place with a look that reminds me of the 90s and 00s.

The front desk staff sorted out my mistake with the arrival dates and changed my booking to the date I wanted without any hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent.

Really good value for the money. The room was very large and clean, and close to (green lake). Breakfast was yummy, especially the croissants, which I enjoyed a lot.

The gym was awkward to get to on the 21st floor, since only one group of elevators goes there and there's no way to call specifically for those. The signs also say the gym is on the 3rd floor, where only the pool is. The room was clean but looked a bit dated and gray, and had no switch for the main lights. I also would've liked lotion. Even so, I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Park Kunming. The location is excellent, a few blocks from Cuihu Lake and close to restaurants and shops, and they left fruit and snacks for us at check-in.
