The free laundry room on the ninth floor has a washer, detergent, and dryer. The beds were comfortable, and we had a clean, reasonably spacious room on the sixth floor. Street and station-square noise came through the basic windows, but it wasn't too bothersome up there. For train travelers, the location is very convenient: at most a five-minute walk from the north entrance and exit of Kunming Railway Station, not the high-speed station. Breakfast starts at 7:00 am and was okay, though there was no coffee, fresh or ground. The dining room is small, so we had to eat on the terrace, which was quite chilly at the end of November. For the price and location, it was more than acceptable.

Very clean and good hotel, less than a five-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended.

There seems to be a water festival parade each year.

April 8, 2026 The room was clean, well equipped, and had no cigarette smell. The bathroom was lovely, with a great view, and the train station is just a short walk away. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, an elevator for reaching the rooms, and Chinese-style breakfast. Coffee and hot chrysanthemum tea are available downstairs.
