The room was spacious and clean, and the staff service was very satisfactory. There's free laundry and a dryer, though you have to wait until they're ready. I also got a complimentary coffee coupon. The surroundings were pleasant, and it was easy to find a halal shop.

The breakfast was terrible. Guests have to fry their own eggs, and only one person can do it at a time. The egg cooker is so slow, it's like a slow cooker.

The breakfast at the restaurant was good, and the hotel's location is excellent. My room was quiet apart from the door, which shut with a bit of a loud sound. Ms. Pu at reception was friendly, efficient, and helpful.

It was awful. The room was a mess, the sink was visibly dirty, and the towels looked like rags. There were three of us, but only enough amenities for two. The room was so cramped we couldn't open two suitcases at once, which was very inconvenient for guests coming from far away. From the third floor, I could hear both neighbors and traffic outside the window, so sleeping was impossible.

The breakfast is the weak point. It would be perfect if the breakfast room had more elegant decor and the food were better. Otherwise, it's comfortable, with a trendy retro feel and very friendly staff, even though it isn't a five-star hotel.
