The people running the hotel were amazing. They went out of their way to pick us up at the airport, then moved our small family into a much bigger room. At check-in they gave us two bottles of water and instant noodles. They also helped ship a bag home, find food, and get us back to the airport, all for $15. The rooms are basic, but the cable TV is good and the beds have heated blankets. After living in China for four years, service like this still feels rare.

The address is wrong. This hotel isn't at the airport.
