I stayed there for a couple of months in 2005.

I was surprised when I first walked in because the curtains open by themselves! The accommodation was comfortable, and you can get free water from the counter whenever you like, which suited my love of water, haha. The breakfast buffet was delicious, though a bit too strong for me as a Taiwanese person, too salty and too spicy. Maybe altitude sickness affected my appetite too.

The hotel is right in downtown Kunming, where Airport Bus Line 1 begins and ends, so getting around is convenient. It's also close to Cuihu Lake, the Military Academy, and Yunnan University.

It's really clean, and the location is great too. The price is reasonable, so I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Kunming.

For business trips, this is a must-pass stop at the end of Airport Line 1.
