The rooms were very clean and looked after well, and the staff spoke enough English and were keen to help. The price is hard to beat, and the location is handy, about a block from Kunming Railway station. One thing to know: Google Maps puts the hotel in the wrong place. It's on Yongping Road (Yongping Street), a block west of Beijing Road on the south side.

It's good value, with huge rooms, a clean hotel, and friendly staff. The map pin is off and the hotel is further down the road, but the station is still just a 10-minute walk away. I'd stay again.

The staff were kind, and my room was very big and clean. It's a good choice if you're traveling by train from Kunming station, and I'd book again if I get the chance to visit Kunming.

Our theatre room was big and clean, and the stay was superb. Staff were very helpful, and there was a Taobao parcel collection point at the hotel and nearby at Cai niao. The only downside was the walk to the metro, since both directions took a while to reach. Otherwise, just use didi to get around.

The rooms are spacious, the facilities are good, and the staff are very friendly. There's a breakfast buffet for 48 yuan, which I thought was well worth it. Highly recommended.
