Sophie at the front desk was welcoming and kind, and the staff were very hospitable. Yan, our shuttle driver, found us in the arrivals area and guided us to the waiting car. The facilities were fair and the sheets were clean, though there was a stale smoke smell around the hotel. Before the free shuttle back to the airport, they made us a lovely cooked breakfast of dumpling soup.

The hotel guy was late, and communicating was very difficult. I still haven’t received my refund, and my emails have been ignored. I’m disputing the transaction. Please be careful.
