Breakfast was the worst part. The dining area couldn't fit the guests, so we were led down a long hallway to another room and seated with strangers. There were no utensils on the table, and we had to search around for them. At the Chinese pancake station, they had run out, yet a non-hotel guest was allowed to fry her own pancakes for over ten minutes. It felt like nobody was managing the place. The room AC was also useless: it was set to 19 degrees but stayed at 26. Everything else wasn't that bad.

We booked two rooms for three people and got an upgrade for one of them. The lake view was beautiful, and the room had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast suited us as Europeans, though we also tried some local dishes. We enjoyed the stay and would book here again if we came back.
