The view was good, but the facilities had serious problems. During our group's stay on June 21, several rooms on the 16th floor had broken air conditioners, and some rooms didn't even have bottled water. There were other issues with the rooms too.

The market is right across from the building, and there's a massage parlor inside, with discount coupons available at the entrance. It was a relaxing stay, nothing like what earlier reviews had said. This is also a convenient base for traveling around Northern Xinjiang.

It was extremely hot in the rooms because, during the air conditioning maintenance, only the lobby and restaurant were cooled. Accepting tour groups in those conditions showed little regard for customers' needs. The hotel operators need to improve that attitude.
