Hotel Ease Access Tsuen Wan

We were glad the hotel kept our luggage for free while we were in China. The staff are very nice, and it's close to the MTR and shopping malls. They supplied clean towels, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room is a little small, but for what I paid, we were happy. I'd come back if I visit Hong Kong again.

The location isn't right in the city centre, but it suits me since I have business nearby. The shower and washroom were clean, and the staff were super helpful and nice. Good value for the money.

It wasn't exactly a small room, more like nano size. There was barely enough room to walk around, let alone open the luggage properly. No tea bags, no fridge, and not even an extra toilet roll. The aircon kept making an annoying 'wooing' noise all night.

I was cautious about booking after reading the reviews, but most things turned out really well. We celebrated our anniversary here, and the staff helped set up a surprise for my boyfriend, with flowers, and didn't charge us. For a budget hotel, they went out of their way. Housekeeping and front desk were friendly and helpful, and although the floor looked a bit dirty from its color and texture, I checked and it was actually clean. A couple of things to know: the location is the downside, and there's no restaurant or food or ice service. I'd stay again on a future Hong Kong trip.
