A nice office building in a quiet spot near nature. Several bus routes serve it, with the stop right outside, and Kwai Hing MTR is a short walk away.

A compact workshop space that works well for an SME, with a terrific open view towards Castle Peak Road and Wonderland Villas on the hillside. Accessibility is great too, with an extra large wheelchair accessible lift, entrance and pathways. 👏👏

SORRY FOR MY MESSAGE: this place has all the drawbacks an employee or visitor should not have to deal with. 1. It feels cut off from the rest of HONGKONG. 2. The security is unnecessary. 3. Getting public transport towards Kowloon is very difficult. 4. Even buying small things means a real slog. ADVICE: KINDLY AVOID THIS PLACE

The plumbing has been backed up for two months, and management still hasn't done anything about it. It's an awful building, and management won't address the plumbing. Don't rent here. Put your money somewhere else.
