The room was smaller than I expected, and advertisement panels outside partly covered the windows. After I checked in, I asked the front desk about leaving after one night instead of the two I had booked with Hilton points on the Hilton website. They checked with the manager and agreed. I checked out after the first night, but Hilton still refused to refund the points for night two. I also filed a service request with Hilton headquarters and called the hotel, and neither was willing to honor Hampton Inn's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

The staff were welcoming and very nice. My room was spacious, clean, and looked new, and the bed was comfy.
8/10
A nice European-style hotel, though they seem much more accustomed to serving Chinese guests.

The facilities were decent enough, but the service fell short. There wasn't much to eat at breakfast, and the room smelled strongly of smoke.
