We were put up here by the airline after a plane crash. It's a large hotel, and the rooms had adjustable heating, but there was no heat in the lobby or anywhere else. Outside it was freezing, 0°C (32°F). Meals were Chinese food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The facilities are new, and the hotel is split across two buildings. It's in the liveliest part of Lanzhou New City District, where I think it's the best hotel. Since it's in the new district, only 20% of the staff in the city's other buildings are currently occupied.
