We had an early trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, so they arranged buffet breakfast for us at 6:10. The service was quick, and the breakfast noodles were great, with good fruit and bread too. The room lighting was pleasant, dim near the floor and good for sleeping. Shops are a five-minute walk away, and parking was convenient.

The people here were very nice, and the room service was excellent, cleaner than many Hilton hotels in the US. It’s about a 10-minute taxi ride to the north entrance of the Old Town. Bad weather and traffic made us late for checkout, but they let us stay until 4 pm.

We stayed from 5-7 Dec 2024, and Lucy at the front desk gave immaculate five-star service. She was great with questions and quick to sort out problems, and her manner was spot on. She’s definitely a real asset to Hilton organization. The rooms were clean and the facilities sufficient. It was a pleasant stay. I’ve travelled a lot and would recommend this hotel to others.

The area is very quiet, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast had a very good mix of Eastern and Western food. The location pin on Google map is off, though. The hotel is actually on the main street, not in front of or behind the old town, and it’s a 25-minute uphill walk to get there. Nice place to stay, and I’d recommend it.
