The buffet breakfast was really good, with both Western and Chinese choices. The room was clean, and I liked the automatic toilet flushing system. It was easy to use and worked well.

We were welcomed warmly at Hilton Lijiang, and Richard Li at the front desk deserves special thanks. He was always smiling, attentive, and professional, and took care of every request, including buying glacier park tickets for us. Eric Wang in the restaurant also made breakfast a pleasure with thoughtful gestures and impeccable service. The pool is huge, though you need a swimming cap, which costs around 3€. We spent two nights here, and thanks to both of them, the stay was relaxing, smooth, and memorable. Highly recommend the hotel!

It’s not like it used to be. The quality has gone down, and it feels like only a four-star hotel now. Fine for one night.

I booked two king bed rooms for three people, and both were upgraded to suites. The rooms were large, clean, and arranged over two floors like a loft. I also got fruit and nuts as a welcome for my diamond status. Since the executive lounge wasn’t open, they gave me 200 yuan in dining credit. A perfect vacation choice.

Eric Wang, the all day dining manager, went out of his way to make our stay memorable. The staff were friendly and nice, and service was very good overall. I highly recommend the hotel.
