10/10
Johnson and Carol made our three-night family stay feel like a home away from home. Both hosts were warm, caring, professional, and attentive. Johnson is very friendly and always eager to help, and he speaks English. Carol is Singaporean, speaks perfect English, and, after years in Lijiang, is a very good guide. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and even had electric bed warmers. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend it to English-speaking visitors planning a trip here.
