There isn't much around the hotel, but the room is spacious and breakfast was satisfactory.

China Eastern put us up here for a night after our flight was canceled. It's about an hour from the airport. The hotel is fairly old but well maintained, with a spread-out layout, mountain views, and large rooms. The bathroom was western-style and had very hot water. Breakfast was better than I expected, with European items, Dim Sum, noodles, cereal, and coffee. Smoking wasn't allowed in the restaurant.

The design and architecture are distinctive and well considered. Some areas look a little tired, but the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Shuhe is within walking distance.

The rooms feel dated, but they're clean. The hot water and heater both worked.

It didn't feel worth the price or the star rating it claimed. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the old room fixtures had broken features.
