The no-smoking policy didn’t match what I found. Room 1626 smelled so strongly of smoke that I asked to move to room 1613 so I could sleep. The air conditioning there was faulty: even set to cool at 18oc, the room stayed at 24.5, and the pod fan they provided didn’t bring the temperature down. In the morning, a man was smoking continuously in the bar area of the Checkin lobby on Level 5. Disgusting. Smoking is an outside habit only!!!
