The rooms themselves were fine, but the staff made this the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Breakfast was included in our booking and we never got any. At 11pm they woke us to collect payment, despite having plenty of chances to ask earlier. They also wouldn't book a taxi and charged us too much for a staff member to drive us instead. Avoid it at all costs.

The room facing the street was a bit noisy, and I couldn't turn off the TV. Still, I've always thought well of Smart Hotel, and Sky City Litang has one too. Even in minority areas, it's considered one of the best locally. I liked the simple, fresh design and comfortable room, which helped me forget some of the discomfort of being on the plateau. It's quite popular with tourists.
