Hyatt Place Liuzhou

The hotel is in a lively area with local shops, places to eat, and a large mall in the same building or very close by. The location made it easy to shop or get a meal without going far. I stayed at Hyatt Hotel Liuzhou for nearly a week, and it was a pleasant, memorable stay. My room on the 50th floor had a stunning panoramic view over the river and city skyline. It was spacious and well designed, with a huge, very comfortable bed and the essentials I needed: bottled water, an iron and ironing board, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, a kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The room felt calm and relaxing after a busy day. The air conditioning was a little noisy, but I usually kept it off, so it didn’t affect me much. The staff were friendly, polite, and keen to help. There was a language barrier, but they made an effort to communicate and sort out issues promptly. I tried the breakfast buffet once and thought it was excellent, with plenty of choices for different tastes. The extended serving hours were convenient, and the breakfast area had a lovely view. Prices were reasonable too. I’d consider staying here again, for work or a leisure trip.

The room was very clean, and the amenities, staff, and cleaning service all left me satisfied. The view of the liujang river was breathtaking.

There’s a mall downstairs with lots of food and drinks. The place is touted as the world’s highest-end Flying Vanguard brand property and has excellent river views, though I found the suite experience less good than Room 02.
