The location worked well for us, with Charmson and Wanda Plaza, along with other amenities, just a short walk away. My family and I stayed at Hua Yang Plaza Hotel in Luoyang, Henan, and found the hospitality thoughtful from the start. We were welcomed into the spacious, elegant lobby with friendly smiles and a refreshing drink. Our rooms were roomy and nicely decorated, with comfortable plush bedding, complimentary snacks, and personal welcome notes. Staff throughout the hotel were genuinely warm and ready to help. The attention to guests’ comfort was clear, and the stay brought together luxury and comfort in a way that exceeded our expectations. Hua Yang Plaza Hotel has hospitality down to an art, and we’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay.

The service here is first class. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, and there’s even a free car wash if you’re driving. The valet waved and bowed as our car left. Staff served all the food wearing white gloves, which gave a sense of hygiene, and when they found medicine tablets, they provided a free medicine box. There’s unlimited bottled water, plus a note with the number to call if you need more. There were lots of other thoughtful touches too. Businesses that sell service could learn from this hotel. Thank you.

The rooms feel a little dated and could use refurbishment. Still, the staff are welcoming, polite, and clearly well trained. We asked for humidifiers and they brought us two. Breakfast was good as well, with various egg dishes cooked to order. Excellent hotel.

My best five-star stay in Luoyang. The staff were friendly and helpful, though communication in English was poor.

The front office staff, the room, and the service, everything about this hotel was good.
