We've stayed here twice, and both visits went beyond what we expected. The staff are fabulous, and the personal attention is superb. Even the chambermaid left a small gift in our room each day. We recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The staff's thoughtfulness is what made Christian's Hotel stand out for me. They gave complimentary rides to and from the train station, brought fruit and drinks daily without being asked, and housekeeping noticed I was nearly out of toothpaste and left a new tube. When I requested a mirror, they also brought a makeup bag just in case. The rooms were huge, stylish, and tastefully themed, and breakfast had a brilliant spread. I travel often and have stayed in both great and awful hotels. This is one of the best I've ever experienced.

We had an amazing three-night stay as a family of six in mid-December 2024. The complimentary transfer to and from the train station was much appreciated, and it brought us to the commercial retail district beside a mall with reasonable prices. The service was proactive and felt fitting for a five-star hotel, which was surprising at this price. They politely declined when I tried to tip. Special thanks to Mr William and the reception and housekeeping teams, including Chen / Yuan, and of course the breakfast buffet team.

The breakfast had plenty of choices, and the Chinese dishes, especially the dim sum, were delicious. The staff's thoughtfulness was really touching. For the car we arranged to Shaolin temple, the hotel had prepared water bottles with neck straps for us, which the driver handed over when we arrived. After checkout, they offered a free drop-off and packed apples for us to eat on the way. I was there for my birthday, and after dinner I came back to find a cake and some presents in my room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Luoyang. I'd stay here again.

After our day tours, the room was cleaned and full of thoughtful little touches: a luggage cover, a toothpaste dispenser by our toothpaste, clips for our carry-on bags, a small stand with a US flag (I assume based on your passport) and a Chinese flag, and cord organizers beside the chargers. They also offered unlimited mineral water, a fruit basket of our choice, and special teas for free. The service at this boutique hotel was unbelievable. I'd go to Luoyang just to stay here. Definitely five stars plus.
