The location made it easy to get around on foot, and there was a halal restaurant nearby. Ivy, Mika and Rita made me feel well looked after. They explained things clearly and helped me a lot during my stay. Thanks to all three of them. I’d come back. Room 2709.

There’s a lobby dispenser with coffee, tea, soya milk and other hot drinks, which was a lovely touch on a cold winter day. The restaurant also provides takeaway cups for hot drinks. Everyone on staff was friendly and easy to approach, and I had a pleasant night here.

We checked in at 9 pm on 24 Nov, got a room card and opened the door to find another guest asleep in the bed. He was just as shocked as we were, and was half naked under the blanket. How could staff assign us a room that was already occupied? This made us feel that the hotel didn’t care about guest safety at all. Avoid this hotel!

The chef told us breakfast was at 7:00 am, although it was supposed to start at 6:40. They weren’t happy to see us in the coffeehouse so early. This is my first and last stay here.
